Please keep in mind that linen shapes itself to your body over time. With each wear, your pyjamas will soften and settle, so give them a chance to become truly yours.
Delivery time varies by destination. We ship via DHL within 3 business days, and you'll receive tracking information to follow your order.
We use DHL shipping rates. In some cases, shipping is free.
Once you enter your address details, the website automatically calculates the shipping costs. These are always shown before checkout.
The Netherlands
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Because we work with small, thoughtfully made batches, we ask that you return items promptly if they're not quite right.
1. Send us an email at hello@aplacecalledcalm.com with your order information and details. You will receive all the information needed to make a return.
2. Please return your sleepwear in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Looking to swap for a different size? Send us an email at hello@aplacecalledcalm.com and we'll set aside the right size for you.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at hello@aplacecalledcalm.com with photos, and we'll make it right.
